From October 22 to December 15, 2024, the Musée acadien du Québecinvites you on a journey to the Gaspé Peninsula with Four Female Perspectives on the Gaspé Peninsula. This temporary exhibition celebrates 15 years of the Rencontres de la photographie en Gaspésie by showcasing the work of four international photographers.

Inspired by the richness of the Gaspé Peninsula, Maude Arsenault, Lara Gasparotto, Marine Lécuyer, and Chieko Shiraishi offer a personal and poetic vision of the region.

First and foremost a place of history and ethnology, recounting the fascinating life of Quebec's Acadians, our museum has become a true public space where numerous cultural and educational activities promote the discovery and sharing of this rich Acadian heritage!
