The exhibition traces the history of the Acadians, from the Great Upheaval to their settlement in Quebec. It highlights the importance and unique characteristics of this heritage through themes such as genealogy, architecture, toponymy, and more!

Drave dédrave – ramener l’équilibre

Temporary exhibition

Pendant plus d’un siècle, la drave a façonné l’histoire forestière du Québec et transformé ses rivières. Bien que cette pratique ait pris fin en 1995, ses traces sont encore visibles aujourd’hui. L’exposition présente la dédrave, une démarche de restauration écologique visant à retirer les vestiges laissés dans les cours d’eau et à rétablir l’équilibre des milieux naturels.
