A National Film Board of Canada production, in collaboration with Unis TV.

SYNOPSIS:
Phil Comeau sheds light on the Ordre de Jacques-Cartier, a powerful secret society that, from 1926 to 1965, infiltrated all sectors of Canadian society, shaping the destiny of French-speaking communities. Through previously unheard testimonials from former members of the Order and historical reenactments, this film paints a striking picture of the social and political struggles of Canada's Francophone minorities.
