The Acadian Museum of Quebec cancels its Canada Day activities

Bonaventure, June 30, 2021 — The Musée acadien du Québec has canceled its Canada Day celebrations on its website.

The Renardo puppet show, the Personnages en folies animations, and the Che nous show have been canceled.

Recent discoveries at former residential school sites across the country are only a fraction of the tragic impacts on First Nations across Canada.

May reconciliation spark in all of us a profound reflection that will last longer than a single day.
