The Céramique de Beauce brand was a ceramic production cooperative between 1940 and 1989. Millions of pieces were manufactured and sold throughout Canada, the United States, and Europe. Initially, the pieces were made from red clay from the Calway River, and from 1948 onwards, from white clay imported from the United States. Interestingly, Céramique de Beauce produced a "Gaspésie collection" featuring fish from the Gaspé Peninsula.
