Winter snow removal contract

The Musée acadien du Québec is seeking bids for snow removal services for pedestrian areas on its site for the 2025–2026 winter season.

The contractincludes regular snow removal, spreading abrasives as needed, and keeping pedestrian areas safe throughout the winter. Equipment is provided by the Museum. The areas concerned are:

• The access ramp for people with reduced mobility;
• The stairs on the west wall;
• The sidewalk connecting the parking lot to the staircase on the west wall;
• A walkway on the terrace connecting the municipal library and the museum;
• The garage entrance and emergency exit located at the rear of the Museum;
• The steps of the Gospel Chapel

RequirementsThe bidder must:

• Ensure prompt and safe maintenance after each rainfall;
• Be available on call for urgent operations (storms, ice storms, etc.).

Contract duration
The contractcovers the period from November 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026, with the possibility of annual renewal.

Submission of proposals
Submissions must include:

• A cost estimate (overall or flat rate);
• The bidder's contact details and relevant references.
