NOTICE OF MEETING – 2022 AGM

You are cordially invited to the annual general meeting of the Musée acadien du Québec, which will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at 7 p.m., at the Musée acadien du Québec.

This evening will be an opportunity to review the highlights of the past year! We look forward to welcoming you! Light refreshments will be served.

– Opening of the meeting and welcome

– Selection of the chairperson and a secretary

– Verification of quorum (10 members)

– Reading and adoption of the agenda

– Reading and adoption of the minutes of the AGM held on June 29, 2021

– Reading and adoption of the financial statements as of March 31, 2022

– 2021–2022 Report from the President of the Acadian Museum of Quebec

– 2021–2022 Report from the Director of the Acadian Museum of Quebec

– Selection of a chairperson, poll workers, and an election secretary

– Election of the Board of Directors – 3 positions up for election
