NOTICE OF MEETING – 2021 AGM
You are cordially invited to attend the annual general meeting of the Musée acadien du Québec, which will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at 7 p.m., via videoconference on the Zoom platform.
In the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are adapting our practices to allow as many people as possible to attend this annual meeting in compliance with the health measures recommended by public health authorities.
This evening will be an opportunity to review the highlights of the past year.

- Opening of the meeting and welcome address
- Selection of the chairperson and a secretary
- Verification of quorum (10 members)
- Reading and adoption of the agenda
- Reading and adoption of the minutes of the AGM held on October 14, 2020
- Review and adoption of the financial statements as of March 31, 2021
- 2020-2021 Report from the President of the Acadian Museum of Quebec
- 2020-2021 Report from the Director of the Acadian Museum of Quebec
- Election of a chairperson, poll workers, and an election secretary
