Value of the item
The portrait depicts an Acadian woman from Bonaventure. She is Marie-Anne Boudreau (1851–1936), daughter of Joseph and Marie Godin of Petit-Rocher, New Brunswick. She married François-Guillaume-William Arsenault on August 14, 1871.
