Value of the item
The object bears witness to the life of a person of Acadian origin from Bonaventure. Élizabeth Poirier (1820–1904) was the daughter of Pierre and Marguerite Bernard. On January 25, 1853, she married Fabien Bujold. The woman is standing, wearing a coat and hat. The Museum also has portrait 1980.F.86 B, which depicts Côme Bujold, the son of Fabien and Elizabeth Poirier.
