Value of the item

The photograph shows a woman from Baie-Saint-Paul who married an Acadian man from Bonaventure. Edwidge Fortin (1833–1876) was the daughter of Charles Fortin and Marguerite Tremblay of Baie-Saint-Paul. She married Mathias Bujold on September 30, 1862, in Saint-Urbain.
